Top 100 Greatest Reggaeton and Latin Hip Hop Artists of All-Time part 2 #'s 79-61

79  Point Breakers

This duo created the famous underground series "Tha Crew" (Puerto Rico) and were key members of the collective 'The Noise'.  They had a famous battle versus Hector & Tito which went on for about a decade.

78  Getto y Gastam

Had Tempo not gone to prison, Getto y Gastam might have become one of the biggest duo of all times.  That is at least the general consensus.  Sadly, with Tempo not around to promote their debut album "Vida Eterna", the project floundered in sales despite receiving cult and critical acclaim.  "Vida Eterna" is considered one of the greatest Urbano projects in history by many of those who have heard it.

77  Cavalucci

In 1997 it was between Cavalucci or Mucho Muchacho as to who was the greatest Latin MC rhyming in Spanish on earth.  Although Cava would never match his peak around this time in his later years and his Guatauba produced "Cavalogia" album received mixed reactions despite going gold; songs like "Nuestro Destino", "Si Tu Sabes De Musica", "Voodoo", "Sabio Como Clinton", and "Que Tengo El Arte" are among the most influential in the history of Hip Hop En Español.

76  Tote King

75  Lapiz Conciente

The Dominican Bred MC made waves in the underground throughout NYC and wherever there was a heavy Dominican population around the mid 00's.  Shortly thereafter, he became an underground phenomenon and developed cult followings in South America and Spain.  He is highly regarded as one of the best lyricists in the history of Spanish Rap.

Elvis G "Mr G" (Honrada Mencion)

74  Chicho Man

The original and arguably most influential crooner in the history of Panamanian Reggae.  He influenced talents such as El Roockie, Flex and Sech.  Chicho Man started out with Apache Ness y Los Sensacionales in 1989 and together created the masterpiece "Reggae Entre Amigos".  Chicho went on to have a burgeoning solo career with many notable hits such as "Mona Lisa", "Isla De Coiba" and "Bam Bam" among many others.  He would leave the music scene in the mid 1990s to dedicate his life to religion.

73  Chyno Nyno

Tego's secret weapon and supremely acclaimed lyricist.  Although the general consensus is he never reached his full potential, what he did was enough to grant him a position on this list.

72  Memo & Vale

The Venezuelan bred duo became an underground phenomenon in the 1990's by linking up with DJ Nelson and 'The Noise' crew.  Their first 2 albums "Sueños De Destruccion" and "Mi Fokin Rebelde" are widely considered classics.

71  Ozuna

Ozuna became one of the biggest sensations in the mid 2010's when he exploded onto the scene with the hit "Si Tu Marido No Te Quiere" which became one of the biggest latin songs of the decade.  Shortly thereafter he started working with some of the best producers such as Mambo Kingz, DJ Luiann, Los De La Nazza, and his own producers Hi Music Hi Flow.  His debut "Odisea" is one of the greatest selling Reggaeton albums of all time moving over 5 million units worldwide and received universal acclaim.  He continues to be a relevant figure in the scene nearly 10 years later scoring dozens of hits throughout all this time.

70  Jadiel

Jadiel could do it all. sing, Rap, Malianteo, Romantiqueo, Tiraera etc...  Sadly his career was cut tragically short just as he was on the cusp of an impressive comeback.  He will forever be known as one of the most talented artist the culture has produced.

Shakira (Honorable Mention)

This will be a controversial entry as some believe Shakira shouldn't even be mentioned either because many don't consider her Urbana or they view her Urbano outputs as inferior when compared to more "authentic" artists.  But Shakira has been making Urbano music since 2005; then she took a break here and there but since her second comeback Urbano in 2015, she hasn't stopped.  She has several Urbano hits and other than Bad Bunny or Daddy Yankee, no one doing Urbano has reached as many people, no one.

69  Feid

68  SFDK

This Spanish Rap duo consisting of producer Accion Sanchez and acclaimed lyricist Zatu are among the most influential Hip Hop artists Spain has ever produced.

67  3-2 Get Funky (Mikey Perfecto & Bimbo)

Mikey Perfecto & Bimbo El Oso Mañoso were the first Reggaeton duo in history and the perfect combination of crooner & rapper, although Mikey knew how to flow too, he often left that to Bimbo, who used to be known as Roco back in the day.  They hit it big in 1995 with the revolutionizing "Si Tu No Estas", the first Salsa Rap hit.  Sergio George would steal their formula for DLG a year later.  Both artists would then go onto achieve equally notable success as solo artists crafting hit songs such as "La Negra Tiene Tumbao" with Celia Cruz, "Amor Bandido" with Cheka and they reunited from time to time.

66  Falo

The Reggaeton veteran was one of the first Urbano superstars in the 1990's creating classics like "Colecta", "Pal Cruce", & "Carolina" which have been sampled many times, along with his classic album "Ritmo Profesional".  He would tour with 'The Noise' during that era and continues to perform worldwide to this day.

65  Frankie Boy

The Playero affiliated singer was a staple for 90's Underground Reggaeton.  He stood out for his smooth flow yet wity and often provocative lyrics.

64  Alberto Stylee

The first solo crooner to hit it big inside Reggaeton, what Stylee did during his 1995-1998 run was legendary.  His career has been full of ups and downs but it has always been his comebacks over the years which remained most memorable.

63  DJ Adam

A trailblazing dj/producer known for his works with Mexicano 777, Eddie Dee, Ivy Queen, & Tego Calderon among many others.  His album "Mad Jam" is often cited as one of the greatest Various Artists albums of Latin Rap & Reggaeton.

62  El General

Possibly the most important pioneer of the early days of Reggaeton when it was still known as 'Reggae En Español', El General was the first international superstar of the genre.  A really gifted toaster who created some of the biggest hits in the history of Urbano Latino such as "Tu Pum Pum", "Muevelo", "Rica y Apretadita" & "Te Ves Buena".  His music continues to be enjoyed by millions upon this day.

61  Baby Ranks & Divino

Baby Ranks started out with Mr. Biggie and were affiliates of 'The Noise'.  Divino began in the group 'Psycho Unity' with his brother K-2 Young who were sponsored by Playero and Baron Lopez and are most remembered for their hit "A Donde Voy".  They eventually crossed paths and became a memorable duo in the early 2000's where they achieved much success on Various Artists works despite never recording a full length album of their own.  They then went their separate ways and achieved even more notable success as solo artists with equally impressive feats and songs.

Nico Canada (Honorable Mention)

When guys were still using dubplates, Nico Canada was creating 100% original dembows on drum machines, later on computers.  These dembows are sampled to this day and have been sampled in 100s of Dominican Dembow songs.  From working on vol 38 and Boricua Guerrero with Playero to being a founding member of the Mansion Crew; when Nico wasn't defending our liberty overseas as a military man, he was making some of the best Urbano music in history both as an artist and producer.
