I am gonna include our Spanish brethren on this one. This list is 100% subjective. I am not 100% the furthestmost expert on everything Urbano but I know a lot. And I have thoroughly examined the works of everyone on this list. Producers and influential DJ's will also be a part of the list. The list will take quality of works, legacy, and popularity all into an equivalent account. The Noise is not on the list because they were never a band/group. They were a crew/collective but their works were of a various artist nature and not just of the group's core members (Ivy Queen, Baby Rasta y Gringo, Bebe, Las Guanabanas, Falo, Baby Shabba, Point Breakers, Baby Ranks & Mr. Biggie).
